Giving for Tomorrow

Ensuring a Legacy

Gifts made by will, trust or other planned giving arrangements can leave a lasting legacy for the donor, the donor’s family and Cohen Hillel Academy and provide financial benefits to the donor. Gifts of this type may be made using virtually any existing asset without the need to incur new out of pocket expense and without great complexity. They include:

(within life insurance policies, stock and bank accounts, and retirement accounts)

(which permits one to gift a principal residence, vacation home or farm and retain occupancy for life as well
as retain income if the property is income producing)

Those who make provision in their estate plans for Cohen Hillel Academy are eligible for membership in the Cohen Hillel Academy Legacy Society.

The explanation of the various different types of planned gifts is not intended as legal or tax advice.
A donor's legal and tax advisor should be consulted when considering this type of gift.
